Stephen MacIntosh, as a Certified Wealth Strategist® and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, helps individuals, families and businesses achieve their financial goals through evidence-based investing and total wealth management. Stephen joined Argyle Capital Partners (ACP) in 2019, empowering him to serve all of his clients as a fiduciary, continuing his unequivocal commitment to act in his clients’ best interest, always. With ACP, he is able to satisfy his professional goal of providing objective advice to help achieve his clients’ life goals and aspirations.

As part of his core business, Stephen provides his clients with rigorously-vetted socially responsible - or ESG (Environment, Society and Governance) - investment opportunities. He develops smart, sustainable and strategic investment portfolios that are aligned with a client’s core values. He takes great pride in helping clients achieve their goals of creating a legacy, building multigenerational financial sustainability, and deploying capital in ways that do good, while also doing well.

Stephen graduated with a Master’s of Public Affairs from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego. He is a sitting director on Ventura County’s highly-esteemed New West Symphony board, where he serves as co-chair of the development committee. He is also a founding member, and serves on the board of directors, of the Sustainable Change Alliance Foundation, based in Santa Barbara. Stephen and his wife Kerry, an emergency room nurse at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, have two beautiful children. In his free time, Stephen enjoys doubles tennis, golf, cornhole and Scottish lore.
